PERFORMANCE
Measurements of the Barracuda RS2 EXHAUST SYSTEM on the SUZUKI GSX-R 1000 (without Db Killer):
Power: the purpose of the Barracuda RS2 EXHAUST SYSTEM can be seen from the power curve. The system provides a linear increase throughout almost the entire range, and the greatest increase is at the very top of the range. With the RS2the rear wheel puts out a huge 170 HP at 12000 rpm. The max. increased power is a healthy 11.4 HP at 12250 rpm.
Torque: the torque curve also reflects the exhaust system upgrade. The engine is more responsive between 3000 and 4000 rpm, after which its torque response dips slightly below that of the stock system, but from 5600 rpm on the engine is again more lively. The increase extends into the overrev range.
